How to Make Your Weekend More Productive

Not all people want to have a party at the weekend. Some of us prefer to use that free time for productive activities. However, you may need some inspiration first before you can decide what actions you are going to have this weekend. And you’ve come to the right place!

1. Start with Exercise

A productive weekend always starts with a healthy body. You should schedule waking up in the early morning, around 6 am, and do some 3 or 5 miles jog. If running is too harsh for your body, try walking, and then gradually increase the intensity from there.

Weight training is also essential because it promotes muscle growth in your body. As we age, we lose muscles rapidly. If you do not balance that defect with exercise, you’ll feel significant strength loss in your late 30s and 40s.

The former may seem practical, but it will benefit your brain less significantly than the latter.
